This SPAM crap is getting out of control on here, lol. These people need to be beaten with laptops.
Check here for podcasting with Blogger. You'll want an MP3, which is a much smaller file. You'll need to be careful about 2 things, file size and bandwidth. I'm not sure how much space you have available in a free blogger account, but many files could max you out. Also, lots of downloads means more bandwidth means more cost to you.
